As Atlanta’s most prestigious hotel, The Georgian Terrace is rich in history. Built in 1911, it houses 317 spacious guest suites where notable guests such as Calvin Coolidge, Warren G. Harding, Charles Lindbergh, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Tallulah Bankhead, Rudolph Valentino and many others have stayed. The suites at the hotel sets the standard for luxury and hospitality with antique-style furnishings, “Dream” beds, large bathrooms, over-sized windows and full amenities. Some of the suites also offer walk-in closets and balconies with a sliding glass door.

Offering the latest technology in 16,000 square feet of elegant facility space, the hotel is available for a variety of functions including business meetings, conferences, weddings and a variety of social events. The Georgian Terrace is known for hosting the premier reception of “Gone With the Wind” in 1939.

The Savoy Bar & Grille at the Georgian Terrace Hotel serves an American Continental cuisine to hotel guests, conference-goers as well as those who are looking for an exquisite dining experience. Striving to use the freshest seasonal ingredients, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in what was once the original hotel lobby.

 Services provided:

  • Developing and implementing a public relations campaigns targeting both the surrounding community and local media

  • Produced and staged a Grand Re-Opening Gala attended by "key influencers" and community leaders

  • Partnered with Atlanta Preservation Center to host an invitation-only fundraiser to raise awareness among community leaders

  • Held a press conference at The Georgian Terrace to unveil the renovation to media

  • Utilized hotel's high-tech video conference service to Web cast press conference nationally

  • Designed and created comprehensive press kit repositioning The Georgian Terrace Hotel as Atlanta's "Grand Dame of Hospitality"  

Results:

  • Successful Grand Re-Opening party was attended by over 600 Atlanta dignitaries, business people and local community leaders

  • Re-Opening was recognized by key organizations, including Midtown Alliance

  • Feature articles detailing the hotel's renovation appeared in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Magazine, and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, as well as industry trade publications including Convention South and Meeting News
